We store your history encrypted on our servers, so switching between devices does not erase any records. Your phone's local storage may cache recent bets for faster loading, but the authoritative record lives in our database.
Filtering and exporting your betting records
Our tajambet interface lets you sort your betting history by multiple criteria. You can view all bets placed in the last 7 days, 30 days, or a custom date range. Select a specific game category—such as Liga 1, Piala AFF, or live blackjack—to isolate your activity in that area. Filter by outcome: winning bets, losing bets, pending settlements, or void bets.
For account verification purposes, we may ask you to export your betting history as a PDF or CSV file. This file includes your wagers, your stake amounts, and settlement dates. You can download this export directly from the mobile app or iOS Web interface. Some users in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, and Medan have used these exports for personal tax records or dispute resolution with our support team.
Your betting history is the single source of truth for your account activity on tajambet. Keeping this record clear and up to date protects you and helps us verify your account during KYC checks.
Deposits, withdrawals, and verification in your history
When you deposit funds into your tajambet account using e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, the transaction appears in your betting history with a timestamp and a confirmation number. If you use a bank transfer via mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet, or a mobile banking scan, we display your Virtual Account reference and settlement status. Pending deposits show a "waiting for confirmation" label; once our system verifies the payment with your bank, the status changes to "confirmed" and your balance updates instantly.
Withdrawals follow the same transparent path. You initiate a withdrawal request, it enters our betting history as "submitted," our team reviews it (typically within a standard processing window), and once approved, the status advances to "processed." You then see the destination e-wallet or bank account in the record. If you withdraw to local payment or online paymentthe funds usually arrive within a few hours, but the exact timing depends on your payment provider, not tajambet alone.
During Know Your Customer (KYC) verification, our compliance team may review segments of your betting history to confirm that your activity aligns with your account profile and our anti-fraud policies. If a deposit or withdrawal is flagged, we contact you directly through your registered email or phone number. Your history makes this process transparent: you can see exactly which transaction prompted the inquiry.
Login history and account security on mobile
We log every login to your tajambet account, including the device type (Android APK vs. iOS Web), the IP address, the timestamp, and the login method (username+password, biometric unlock, or saved credentials). We retain your betting history indefinitely while your account remains active. If you close your account, we preserve a snapshot of your history for seven years to comply with anti-money-laundering and tax-reporting regulations in Indonesia. Your history is private: only you and our compliance team can view it.
